Custom made FORMULATIONS for each specification FROM R&D LAB
Our R&D Team after receiving specifications and study the application of products fist and start by making theoretical formulations. The formulations are then made in to small batches of the mix in special mixing units and properties such as hardness, density, viscosity and vulcanising characteristics are analysed. And fine-tuning will be done based on each formula.
After all properties are met our R&D will give it a GO and we supply samples material to the customer. A new compound only goes into series production once the customer is completely satisfied with a new-formulation and new compound code will be provided.

We completely meet our REACH-RoHS standards as per International regulations and is committed to the environmental protection. Our team designs all chemicals which are completely hazardous free, with clear waste management, disposal methods etc. This helps to minimize the amount of residual rubber waste that is transported to the landfill. We also participate in a recycling program where we reduce waste and the consumption of resources and ensure unavoidable waste is recycled, reused or recovered, where possible, or disposed of responsibly.
